Friday Night Track Night, July 24, 2015. Get out your track bike and let’s keep up the recent good turnout.

Events (points go into Omnium Award)

A. 2 neutral laps followed by chariot sprint (3-2-1 points)

B. 4000m TT. Everyone gets points.

C. Match Sprints, Flights, Repechages, and Finals (3-2-1 points)

D. 10-lap 2-person relay. Assignment based on results of 4000m TT. Everyone gets points (assigned to both members of the team).

E. Danish Sprint (Win and Out). Everyone gets points.

F. 4000m Handicap. Everyone gets points.

G. REPEAT: 2 neutral laps followed by chariot sprint (3-2-1 points). This decides any ties.

Rules for 10-lap relay. Exchanges once every two laps within 25 meters of the start-finish line. After your pick-up, ride back on the practice lane to a SAFE entrance onto the track, and wait for your exchange.
